Biography

My name is Maria Costanza and I was born in a beautiful small town in Italy, named Orbetello, in southern Tuscany.
I was introduced to the art of travel at just forty days old, when I began traveling in an RV with my parents.
That "baptism" sparked a lifelong love for research and exploration, which has given me a vast range of experiences and wonderful interactions with many different people.
At the age of fifteen, I embarked on my first solo flight abroad to participate in a summer camp organized by the international association Y-TOP (Young Template of Peace). This organization brought together more than a hundred participants from all over the world.
Through this wonderful network, I met some of the most important people in my life, scattered across the globe. Thanks to my decision to volunteer in Israel, right after high school, I also landed my first opportunity to work in the tourism industry. During that social work experience, I met the founder of a travel agency named, “I’m Possible Life”, a company specialized in luxury incoming tourism from abroad to Italy. I began collaborating with him in a logistical support role, a partnership that continues to this day across various tours. Over the years, our relationship has grown both professionally and personally, teaching me the foundation of hospitality and tourism.
All the experiences with this agency made me realize how important human connection is, both with the client and, most importantly with suppliers, how every detail is fundamental, and how every single tour is a unique entity to be approached with an open mind and a constant desire to learn.
Through my collaboration with “I’m Possible Life”, I met a client with whom I have built a long-lasting relationship.
Over time, we have developed a growing affinity, leading to the honor of finding a stunning estate for her and her family in the green heart of Umbria.
That experience has made me aware of the many gaps existing in the real estate market, where clients often find themselves disoriented by the complex Italian bureaucratic system and, frequently, surrounded by people who deeply lack both linguistic and communication skills needed to achieve excellent results.
This journey has encouraged me to manage the client experience holistically, from organizing private trips and events to purchasing property, remaining by their side both as a consultant and as a "trusted friend" with whom they can share their desires and expectations. Together, we build events and weave plans in a true "four-handed" collaboration.
With a degree in philosophy from the University of Pisa, I am now embarking on a new chapter of my professional career, where all the various threads of my story are converging. Drawing on my experience in luxury tourism and real estate consulting, my commitment to social causes, and my deep love for philosophy and critical thinking, I offer clients a profound connection to the wonders of Italy.
I bring with me the human relationships I have nurtured and cherished over the years and a distinctive work ethic rooted in trust, dedication, and complete availability to my clients who, inevitably, always leave a personal mark on the fabric of my life.
